No, we do not receive any compensation from any of the ETFs on our platform.
how do i connect with my advisor?
If you would like to speak with an advisor before opening an account you may schedule a time convenient to you. If you chose to open your account through the self-directed path from our website, your advisor will reach out to you upon your account opening. On a regular basis, you may communicate with your advisor via phone, email, web chat, or video conference.
what kind of trading commissions will i incur?
None. At Polaris, there are no trading, transaction, sales, load, or rebalancing fees.
do i have to pay a fee to use the auto-deposit feature?
No, auto-deposit is a complementary feature for all account holders.
what happens when i make a deposit to my account?
We allow for ACH transfer for clients to fund their accounts. This can be done either by instructing your advisor or on your own using the client dashboard provided to you with your account.
